Sibur to sell part of non-core petrochemical facilities
MOSCOW, Nov 1 (PRIME) -- Russian petrochemical holding Sibur plans to sell part of its non-core petrochemical facilities, the company said in a report Thursday.
“As of September 30, the group expressed the intention to sell part of petrochemical facilities not related to the priority direction of development of the group’s portfolio of assets to a third party, not affiliated with the group, on market conditions,” the report said.
As of September 30, the book value of the assets assigned for the sale is estimated at 8.981 billion rubles, and their liabilities at 1.568 billion rubles.
